G.P. (Greg) Blovits is a poet and fiction writer based in Michigan. He was the last born to a mother who loved stories and writing, and an artist father. With four talented siblings to aspire to, a competitive nature, and an active imagination – he has been crafting stories for much of his life.

Today, as gray hairs are spreading like contagion, with the experience of work and an artsy family of his own, Greg’s writing has become the puzzle that both pesters and pacifies. The pursuit for the right words, eliciting unexpected feeling in his readers feeds the work. Greg’s writing includes poetry, short stories, memoirs, fiction and non-fiction. He also has penned a collection of Christmas tales, originally created for his children through their earlier years.

West Michigan remains Greg’s home base and is the benchmark used for comparison as he travels, gaining experiences that will later become fodder for the next thing made of words.
